Fishing in the Sewer

 I thought I wasn't going to get into the sewer for fishing. But, I went back in for the third or fourth time in a row and I was on the beam overhead instead of the parkour course. All I had to do was kill a few trolls (I admit I didn't really look at what they were) run along the pipes to the last section and wait to get to the boss. Once he was gone I was left to fish. He didn't come back, which I was glad for. I hope this will work again. I got the legendary, epic, all of the fish but I need more for the quest which turned up when I left the sewer.

Thanks to Teriya on the blue server we had a big blue tree sprout up in Battleon. Very dramatic and pretty.

New Purple and Gold Set from Thyton

This may be my favourite fashion look so far. I love the colours. Just when I think my favourite colour is dark red... along comes something with blue and purple and gold.

Did anyone notice the big halo in the sky above Battleon? I just did, tonight. It looks like a setting out of a fairy tale, a good one.

Scaring the Fish...?

I don't think I was scaring the fish at all. I thought Lauda had a nice outfit, that tangerine colour. A bold choice for a redhead.

Inspired by my views of Lolosia and some old screenshots I had taken of Battleon in the past, I made several more. I think this is the third incarnation of the town. This is only the main area. Now it is split into Social, Magic, Cemetery, Scholar, which are not (yet) on the map or available to click to from the travel crystal. Travel around the town and its parts is a bit confusing. It is something they are working on, a map in a book or a book in a map... it will work.

Sorry for the occasional cat butt. She gets a little hyper focused when I'm in travel forms of smaller animals, like ravens or crows especially. She's a little careful around Zorbak but the rest of the moglins I worry for. She's not an ebil cat, just on the feral ebil side.

The Forgotten Black Market in Battleon

Tucked away in a dark alley... back alley with natural sunlight, in the Trade District, is Gaz. Lonely, forgotten and unvisited.

Gaz says business is way down in the black market. The market was so much busier when he had that spot right in downtown, main street, Battleon. It's slow in the Trade District, off to the side of the main market.

"Where else would a black market be? You can't just sit out there. That's far too obvious." Gaz has a theory of black market marketing, for those who stay to listen.

Players want collectibles, rare items, and they spend all their loot on stuff that isn't the best of the best. Only Gaz has the best - of the best. It's a small shop, just what he and the zard can haul around in that cart. But it's select merchandise, not found just anywhere. Best of the best.

The New Character Page Background is SO Nice

This was a great surprise today. Here, in Ontario, Canada, it has been snowing all day. This is such a bright patch of green to find. So nice. :)

Wearing the Black Friday dress, boots, etc. I think its the first shorter skirt in the game, but it's not the right length, either a bit longer or a bit shorter would have made it more fashionable. Skirt lengths are tricky.

The Air Ship in Battleon

Still looking forward to whatever is happening with the air ship. They don't just drop out of the sky... unless you are very unlucky.

Edward... of Battleon

Edward often seems to be waving and carrying on a conversation with people who aren't there. I kept him company for awhile. Waiting for the Camp quests to open for Friday the 13th today, sometime today, or maybe tonight.

Bling Doesn't Like my New Head

Since I put on the Great Fire Dragon Head from the new Oddities shop, Bling has been kind of standoffish.

Quietly Buried Dragons

Ghosts and buried dragons at the Battleon Cemetery. I looked for it the first day but didn't find it. Today I was wandering around and found it when I wasn't looking.

Killing Drickens While Battleon Burns

I noticed I can get a lot more building materials from the drickens than the void monsters. A little wait time for the drickens but they always give materials and the void monsters only give a little every few times. Nothing at all from the Void Queen, big boss, just more of those medals my inventory is full of. So I'm killing drickens while Battleon burns.

I'd Like a Flying Car, Please

I have 5000 defender medals, I can't stack any more of them. I would like to trade them all in for a flying car, please.What a great travel form that would be.

Adventures at the Newly Opened Barbershop

I changed my look, again. Now I'm a cross between a china doll and a robot. At least that's how I see it. I wasn't going to wear those new horns but they really work well with the shoulders, jaguar fur and overall.

The Blue Ogre Event is Very Unkind to Drickens

A lot of drickens were harmed in this event. But, I did get the cat ears, all of them. I'm wearing the grey cat ears because I like the way they look with my blue hair.

Have you noticed there are quite a few redhead men in AQ3D?

Some might note there are mostly white people in the game. Being blue myself, I have noticed but it doesn't especially bother me. Everyone can make their character/ avatar whatever they want it to be.

I'm happy with the amount of redheaded men, or ginger, if you're English.

Save the Free Range Drickens!

 Most drickens are penned up in Battleon. They used to be free range, like these. Why were they put in a chicken pen? Sure it doesn't have a gate, but the spirit is there in every fence post. Its just not fair.
