The Hooded Crown was Tempting

 I didn't want to spend more real money versus in-game money so I didn't buy the Frostval package this year. The only thing I thought to buy (may yet talk myself into) is this hooded crown. The rest really didn't interest me. It was all very masculine/ aggressive looking stuff. I like this black gown and the northern lights sword (Crystallized Aurora Sword). The hooded crown looks good with this set.

Building the Royal Dragon Rider

I have the Royal Dragon Rider armour, shoulders, gloves and boots. I didn't get the helmet and I was half and half about the belt. Can they make belts for women that don't have that extra piece sticking out? Please!

As of tonight I also have the three things from the Boss Fights in weekly rotation, from the Vault dungeon. I especially like the crown. I have changed my hairstyle so the crown doesn't look like it is cut into my head in that weird way. The cape looks very royal along with the royal purple armour. Very rich looking, too much to keep for an extended time.

I equipped the axe tonight. I worried about losing some stats but right now I don't need them for any hard battling.

Working on the Antlers

Not enough battle gems yet. But, I've been working on random adventures to get the Cold Hart Antlers.

Mind Pearl Needed for the Green Crown

I'm starting a collection of crowns. Not all of them are actually called crowns in Adventure Quest. But, they look like crowns. Only the crowns I like, not every helm or helmet, etc. I have been playing Barrow Drop endlessly, trying to get a second mind pearl. I mistakenly thought having an extra one from the quest would give me two for buying the green crown/ Vorah crest. But, that did not work as I expected.

Since then I have long ago lost count of how many times I have done the Barrow Drop. No mind pearls since abandoning that quest (second time, after completing it the first time). Is it a glitch? Bad luck? No luck? Bad karma for abandoning the quest? I keep trying.

An Elite Dragon Champion Crown

The other day I picked up an Elite Dragon Champion Crown in the Akriloth dungeon. Nice to have a red one.
