It's Not a Real Cat

 I know its silly, but it bothers me to watch my AQ3D pet running into various walls, curbs, etc. and not stopping. Like this fishing screencapture. Its pretty, good colours, peaceful feeling... then you notice the cat running full steam ahead into the little wall. If it were a real cat it would just jump up there. But, it doesn't have that option. 

So, I decided to turn off pets. For now. I will see if I miss having a cat running after me or not. After all, its not real! I think I can manage. 

Waiting for a Fish, or Just a Timer

Timers on games are annoying. I can wait an hour, or forget about playing at all. I don't want to sit here twiddling my thumbs so I can start the daily quests as per the game timer.

Why does the game need to stick with restrictive 24 hour times on activities, like class training. Why not make it reset at midnight, even if I just finished the class training (etc.) shortly before midnight. Then I wouldn't be stuck having to choose between counting down the minutes or forgetting about it and doing something else I should be doing anyway.

In the end, I took a screenshot, closed the computer and went grocery shopping early. It's a rainy day here, which I like, so no great loss to get outside and be rained on awhile instead of questing/ grinding here. Reality... what can you do, it follows you around. 

Black and White Wolves in AQ3D

The white wolf is either a pet or a transformation, or both if you want to spend for them. I took the pet, because it cost quite a bit less, and... it looks nice to have the black wolf running with the white wolf.

I was just attacking away in the Battleon Defender challenge so they are well fed, for now. Blizzy should be fairly safe.

Low Flying UFO's in AQ3D

I bought the pet and the tranformation for the Area 51 UFO. But, I'm back to my orange cat after a day of playing with it as a pet. I wish the UFO transformation let you soar up high and then come back down. Not a travel thing just a lot of fun. But, I'd guess that would mean a lot of work to make it show up in the game. A lot more images to show everything from high up versus on foot level. Still... I'd like it.

I Got the New Orange Tabby Cat

In memory of my favourite cat, Rapunzel. (Also known as Big Sister). She was a long hair cat, more feral than pet. Very much missed.

Golden Dragon Almost Matches my Sword

I haven't posted in awhile but I did get the Valentine armour set in February. I didn't dress up in green (my AQ3D character) for St. Patrick's Day this year. I've been keeping up with the new dungeons and quests and got a set of wings along the way. But, overall, I haven't been as interested. Today I finally had enough treasure chest savings to buy Bling, the golden dragon. I was feeling more bland about it than when I started saving up for the dragon months ago. But, I took a screenshot. Too bad we can't give them a name. But, it does almost match the gold sword I'm carrying.

Running Around with Pets

The Pet Store is Open so I Bought a Hammerzard

 

I think it got scared by something and decided the top of my head was a safe place. A hammerzard is very heavy, especially on the top of your head.
